U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is said to be reviewing the case for a stay of execution for convicted murderer Troy Anthony Davis. Justice Thomas is not required to make any formal decision, but not doing so ensures that Davis will die by lethal injection at 7 p.m. tonight at the Georgia Diagnostics & Classifications Facility in Jackson.
